This is a guide to suggested activities during the first couple of
months to help you get faster results with your CEO membership.

Then What?
As you develop your “elevator” speech, practice it. This
is a less than one-minute statement that gives the other person a general
idea of what you do while it makes them want to hear more. If you are
unsure what really works, try different ones out as you introduce yourself
and see how the others respond.
During the First Couple
of Weeks...

Study the membership lists and decide who would be the most likely
to have a similar client base to yours.

Look up their web site (if they have one) and learn about them
and their business.

Introduce yourself at meetings and set up one-on-one meetings outside
of CEO meetings. This can be for breakfast, lunch, coffee, drinks…
just what your schedules will allow. Make this your responsibility
and not wait for the other person to invite you. These generally
take one to two hours. A highly successful format is for both of
you to discover how you might help the other person.

Have at least one or two one-on-ones per week.

After you have gone through your top priority list, make sure you
have a separate meeting with all members.

Write thank you notes to members after you meet with them.
